By way of introduction, our business is a national 'Design & Construct' contracting concern that carries out multi-million-dollar commercial projects of varying complexity. Accordingly, we are responsible for the overall project outcome including all aspects of design, for which we engage directly with suitably qualified and experienced consultants. It is imperative that we only work with those consultants with a proven, strong and relevant track record, and who are professional and responsive to our needs. JM Planning have been an important part of Lanskey's design team since May 2016 and continue to provide consulting services on all aspects of Town Planning, including:

JM Planning helped to navigate firstly all council matters, and then secondly the objectors to the applicaitons, ultimately achieving timely council endorsement in late 2018.
JM Planning provides good value by way of competitive fees but also in the provision of complimentary services, particularly in the early stages of a project. Their communication is prompt and artciulate, consulting with all stakeholders on a regular basis.
